Write Guy - Jeff Anderson, M. Ed.

Jazz musician Charles Mingus said, "Making the simple complicated is commonplace; making the complicated simple, awesomely simple, that's creativity." I have a blast creating accessible, interesting ways for students to discover the joy of expressing themselves and being fully understood. My workshops, DVDs, and books share this invitational approach to writing, editing, and grammar. My goal is to inspire teachers and students to find joy in making sense of the world. Jeff Anderson

Share this: When students write quickly about a topic, we sometimes see them lose many of the conventions and grammar rules that they’ve demonstrated mastery over during the year. In particular, the dreaded “____ but ____ but _____ but…” (or it’s cousin, the” _____and _______ and ______ and…” ) r... Read article
